Reminder: New APS Volunteer Process

Reminder to all ASFS Volunteers and Chaperones, please complete the new APS Volunteer Process! The new APS Volunteer Process Application is required for field trip chaperones as well as any parent volunteers at ASFS.

A few key reminders:

  • Everyone must complete the new process this year, even if you were approved through the old system last year.
  • However, you may not need to complete the SafeSchools Training again. The training is good for two years; Stacia Griffin will confirm whether it's required once you submit your application.
  • You also need to be registered in the Visitor Management System to be considered an approved volunteer.  Please bring your ID to the front office next time you go to ASFS (and every time you arrive!) to register in the system.

Please contact Stacia Griffin in the ASFS front office with any questions - thank you!
