How to Help

In order to make the auction a success, we need your help! There are many ways for our ASFS families to support the auction:

Host a Sign-On Party - Let the party continue! Some of the most popular auction items are the Sign-On Parties, parties or activities hosted by groups of ASFS families. Join other families to co-host a dance party, family movie night, fiesta night, poker night, wine tasting, hike along the Potomac River, Minecraft party for the kids, or really anything! Many memories have been made at Sign-On Parties! Please contact Kris Humphrey by February 1st to learn more.

Get the Goods - We are looking for desirable, unique, and high-quality donations of all sizes and are asking everyone to think through their entire network of family, friends and colleagues - anyone you know that might have access to popular and/or creative auction items. Do you know someone with a vacation home who is willing to donate a week or weekend? Sports tickets? Unique experiences like a behind-the-scenes tour? If you have a business in mind, please check with our Business Donations Lead, Patricia Wilson so we can confirm there are no redundancies. If your family would like to donate an item, please donate online or drop off this form to the ASFS front office by February 1st. Please contact Rebecca Lee to learn more.

Donate Wine to the ASFS Wine Cellar - Want a quick and easy way to contribute? Each year we auction off a variety of wine packages at the auction. All price points and varieties are welcome! Please email Grace Lee or Rebecca Lee to coordinate drop-off by February 1st

Volunteer - We still need help planning and supporting this fun evening. There are many ways to help, big and small. Some key open roles are Donations Team, Auction Website Team, and Event Night Support (setup, clean up, etc.). Please contact Kristi Tsiopanas if you are interested in joining our team.

Thank you to all of our amazing volunteers who make this fun night happen!
